Hello! I have lived in Waxahachie, Texas my whole life. I attended Baylor University and Texas A&M University. Graduated with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M. Taught first grade for 20 years and 5 years in Reading Recovery. I have always loved the library. In my first few years of teaching, taking my class to the library helped me develop a love for learning in the library, and after all these years in education, I obtained a Master's Degree in Ed Tech-Library Science. I have a twin sister, Angie Hill, who teaches 3rd grade at Shackelford Elementary. My twin sister and I love to travel around the USA. We have been to 18 states and can't wait for our next road trip! This past summer we traveled to three national parks; Yellowstone, The Tetons, and Glacier. Wyoming and Montana are beautiful and we can't wait to go back!
