Application Process for Gifted and Talented Services

Parents or guardians of students transferring into Waxahachie Independent School District who previously received gifted and talented services must provide the required documentation to be considered for similar services in the district. Enrollment in Waxahachie Independent School District is necessary to initiate this process. Placement is not guaranteed; all submitted data from the prior district will be evaluated by the District Gifted and Talented Selection Committee to determine alignment with local criteria.
